Note: Completing the on-line registration form by February 23, 2009 will meet the student registration deadline.

If the on-line student registration form is completed and submitted by 02/23/2009, then the deadline for submitting the signed forms to RBSEF  is Monday March 02, 2009.  The signed forms for students who do not use the on-line registration must be received by February 23, 2009.
