Please begin with the  Register Here  for student entries.   This is the Reading-Berks Science and Engineering Fair (RBSEF) registration form required for all students wishing to participate in the .

  All additional forms required by the Reading-Berks Science and Engineering Fair are the same as those used by the Intel Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).   RBSEF is an ISEF-affiliated fair.  ISEF provides a forms wizard which can be used to determine if your project will require additional forms and which forms are needed. 

Please note RBSEF does not accept team entries.

The forms have been created to use the form feature in Acrobat Reader 3.01 or newer, which enables you to complete appropriate fields on the computer before printing. The fields available for on-screen completion are only those to be completed by the student. All other fields must be completed and signed by the appropriate persons after printing of the form. Unfortunately the work done on the screen can be printed, but not saved.

THESE FORMS ARE NOT TO BE ELECTRONICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE RBSEF OR SCIENCE SERVICE.   THE FORMS MUST BE PRINTED FOR COMPLETION AND SIGNATURES BEFORE SUBMISSION.
