REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Registration for the 2010 Science Fair is closed!

Please read all of the instructions below before 
completing the registration form!

The Registration form will enable you to complete appropriate fields on the computer before printing. The fields available for on-screen completion are only those to be completed by the student. All other fields must be completed and signed by the appropriate persons after printing of the form. 

Enter the appropriate data in each field of the Entry Form.  After completing all of the fields on the form, left click on the submit button.  Note: some web browsers permit changing the size of the viewed text.  The text size should be set to medium or smaller for the confirmation form to print on a single page.

When you click on the SUBMIT button, your entry information will be sent to the RBSEF. You will then see an acknowledgment page. If the acknowledgment page does not appear, use the browser back button and check that all of the fields on the form have been properly entered.  With the confirmation page still on the screen, select file and print from the browser menu or right click on the printer icon to print the confirmation form.  The completed form must be signed by: The Student, Parent or Guardian and the Sponsoring Teacher.  

There is a registration fee of $10 for each project entered in the 2010 Reading-Berks Science & Engineering Fair.  Many of the school districts have paid the entry fees for past science fairs.

Please ask your teacher if the school district will pay your entry fee. Typically, each school will return all of the completed forms.  Entries received from individual students MUST include the entry fee.
